About Moore Honey
Moore Honey was founded in 1999 when Chris Moore, a first-generation beekeeper, acquired a bankrupt bee operation. Since then, the challenges of beekeeping have grown significantly, making it more difficult than ever. As a result, many so-called "beekeepers" have turned to importing honey from other states and even overseas at lower costs, often mislabeling it as "Local" or "Texas" honey. In 2014, in response to this growing issue, we began bottling our own honey and offering it directly to local consumers. By 2024, we are proud to bottle and sell 100% of the honey we produce under the Moore Honey name. Crystallized Honey Policy Crystallization is a natural process that occurs in pure honey and does not mean the honey is spoiled or defective. Crystallized honey remains completely safe to eat. To return the honey to a liquid state, place the closed container in warm water and heat it gently until the crystals dissolve. Do not boil or microwave the honey, as excessive heat may affect its natural quality. If your honey crystallizes within 30 days of delivery, please contact us. We will replace the product after the original product is returned to us. Return authorization is required before shipping. After 30 days, crystallization is not eligible for a free replacement. However, we offer a melt service to re-liquefy the honey. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with this service. Please contact us before returning any product for instructions.

We’re very sorry your order arrived damaged. We reached out directly and offered to replace the damaged products or find another solution, but we haven’t yet received a response. We’d still appreciate the opportunity to make this right—please reply to our message whenever you’re able. —Moore Honey • Aug 4, 2026

Packaging is perfect. This product sells well in my little farm store in Glen Rose. I’m not a high traffic store because we are pretty remote, But people will come just to grab another bottle of honey. We love their ketchup and barbecue sauce as well.
