Each pair is handmade in Italy and this affects delivery times which are approximately 15/20 days

Purchased products:
I purchased a case of shoes for $188 expecting to receive 12 pairs of shoes, but when I received my order it was only 1 pair of shoes in the box. They charged me $188 for one pair of shoes, and the product description made it seem as if i would receive a case of shoes, not 1 pair of shoes. I was very disappointed.

I received the same boot in two diff boxes. The boots in the pink box had scratches and the bottom which has brand insignia is WORN OUT. The right boot toe is scratched as well. So disappointed!
