It has grown steadily over the years, and now has an established, hard working and creative team. The toys are made from FSC®-certified wood, using no plastic and recyclable packaging. We are very sorry that this happened - unfortunately the letters were out of stock which created a couple of back orders - as you are an existing customer I have credited your account back for the excessive postage - the postage charge is an automatic charge per box and would not have taken into account that it was only 6 letters.
