Hazy Dell Press is an independent children's book publisher based in Portland, Oregon. We specialize in exciting stories and monstrous characters that promote empathy, inclusivity and imagination—and that adults enjoy as much as children. Hazy Dell Press books often feature popular monsters and cryptids from U.S. and world folklore, including Sasquatch, Chupacabra, Krampus and Mothman. By presenting popular creatures in a non-threatening way, we introduce the fun and wonder of folklore to children in contexts that are free of fear and worry.
