My girlfriend and I started Mantra Medallions during an emotionally challenging time that she was going through. I carry another coin with me that serves as a reminder to lean into discomfort, as it is often the best way out of it, and the best way to learn more about yourself. When my girlfriend saw it, she said she really wanted one with her favorite mantra on it, so we came up with a design and a few weeks later we had our first Mantra Medallion! We really wanted to work together to be able to encourage people to love themselves and others a little more, and we would love for you to join us on our journey. Mantra Medallions are meant to be used to set your intention for the day, for your yoga or meditation practice, or to keep as a prompt to return to the present moment. They also make great corporate gifts, and gifts for donors to your organization. Reminders like these serve as the perfect compliment to a personal self-care practice and routine, and they can even be customized for orders of around 25 or more.
