Yai’s Thai is an AAPI-owned, women-owned and family-owned company founded in 2015 by Sarah Hughes and Thai-American Leland Copenhagen. Yai’s creates authentic Thai curries and sauces that capture the vibrancy of a Thai family meal in a jar. Yai’s follows Copenhagen’s Thai family tradition of using only simple ingredients for their Thai Basil Stir Fry Sauce, Ginger Garlic Stir Fry Sauce, Pad Thai Sauce, Sweet Chili Sauce, Chili Garlic Hot Sauce, Coconut Lime Marinade, and Thai Almond (No-Peanut) Sauce, as well as their lineup of Thai Curries: Yellow Coconut, Green Coconut, Red Coconut, Prik Khing, Massaman and Panang Curries. The Yai's philosophy is to never settle for bland - with food and in life!
