About Trading Post Jerky
We create a natural tender jerky with hickory smoked brisket beef. All of our beef jerky is made with no added preservatives or MSG, no nitrates, no nitrites, no fillers and no binders of any kind. Our beef is never chopped, pressed or formed. We do everything to the highest standard to produce our exceptional taste and tenderness. Trading Post History has it our headquarters was an old stagecoach route half way point between New York City and Philadelphia. The Trading Post was a stopover to load up on snacks and supplies. Today we continue the tradition by providing our Beef and Bacon Jerky to travelers all over the world.

packing was quick and well packed. we got the bacon jerky to try with our test groups. most liked it but the rest were put off by the soft mouth feel of the bacon. they were wanting a harder or crisper jerky. they said it was like really sweet undercooked bacon. BUT the people who liked it were raving about putting it in chocolate or sandwiches.
