About Giocam
Our prodcuts are made out of 100% peruvian cotton. It is extracted directly from plants we cultivate in the coast of Lima, Peru. Our process is very simple. We extracted the cotton from the plants and let it soak for 3 days in warm water and dry another 3 days by the sun. This is what makes our fabric allergy free, soft, long lasting and one of the best cottons arround the world. The process of confection is to make a mold first and then sew our clothes by industry machines. After that we add the embroidery by hand. Each piece takes arround 10-30 minutes to make. Our cotton reduces approximately 2 to 5% after washing it, which is why we pre wash our clothes. This is way Giocam always guarantees costumes that due to our process our cotton is strong and will not shrink. And finally we iron each piece whit vapor using mineral water.
