About La Brasserie du Causse

Located on the Causse Corrézien, the Causse brewery works with local producers. Our beers are made with organic barley and wheat malts. Alongside its classic English-inspired range, the Brasserie du Causse offers beers of various styles. For fruits, spices or flowers, the Causse brewery favors natural ingredients from Corrèze suppliers. 4 of our beers have the Corrèze Origin label. Even more ambitious, the Causse brewery recently set up a hop farm in Saint-Cernin-de-Larche where it starts its own hop cultivation. They are made in an artisanal way by us and are neither filtered nor pasteurized.Read their story
