Free shipping with thousands of brands

As an Insider, you’re eligible for free shipping on a selection of brands that’s unique to your shop. Faire determines eligibility based on the cost to ship between you and a given brand, using your location and the brand's prior reported shipping costs. There is no way to request Insider free shipping with a specific brand. Learn more

To find brands and products that offer Insider free shipping, simply look for the Insider key while shopping. You can also filter your shopping experience so you only see products with Insider free shipping. To do so, find the Insider filter at the top of the category and click to filter. Learn more

Faire refreshes Insider free shipping coverage on the first day of each quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1).

During each refresh, we review the brands you have Insider free shipping with to determine if they still meet the eligibility criteria (based on the cost to ship between you and the brand). We also evaluate other brands to see if they now meet the eligibility criteria. As a result, you may gain free shipping with some brands and lose free shipping with others each quarter. You will be notified two weeks ahead of each refresh to give you time to plan your buying.

If Insider free shipping is no longer available with a brand, it means the cost to ship from that brand to your location exceeds the maximum shipping cost allowed for eligibility. This maximum is calculated as a percentage of your order value, and the exact percentage depends on the brand’s Insider Partnership status. Learn more

To determine Insider free shipping eligibility, we use the brand’s historical shipping costs to retailers in your region and compare it to the maximum. We apply the same eligibility criteria to all brands each quarter to ensure consistency and fairness. If you lose coverage with a brand, it’s typically due to a sustained increase in shipping costs or a change in the brand’s Insider Partnership participation. While it’s unlikely that coverage will return in the near term, we’ll always notify you ahead of any changes so you can plan accordingly.

For a limited time, when you first sign up for Insider, you’ll receive a free 30-day trial.

After the trial ends, your $19.99/month membership fee will be charged to your default payment method on Faire (such as your credit/debit card or bank account). If you update your default payment method during your membership, Insider charges will automatically be billed to the new method.

You can view your billing history and download invoices by clicking View Billing History on your Insider membership settings page.

Please note that if you’ve previously had an Insider membership, you won’t be eligible for a free trial.

Yes. You can cancel your membership at any time by clicking Cancel membership on your Insider settings page. You also have the option to pause your membership for up to 4 months.

If you choose to cancel, your membership will stay active through the end of your billing cycle, and you’ll continue to receive Insider benefits until then. You can find your upcoming billing date on your Insider settings page, listed beside Next payment. Learn More
