Mounë® orange blossom water is produced by hydrodistillation of fresh petals of variegated orange trees grown along the coast of Lebanon. It has a high aromatic content: 1 kg of flowers are needed to obtain 500 ml of this distillate. A few drops are enough to flavor drinks and desserts.
