Hi I'm Lulu! An American mum turned Kiwi, living the sweet life here in New Zealand. When lockdown hit Auckland, I found myself suddenly without a job but with the time to finally pursue my dream of starting an artisan food company. Looking for a way to cheer up our local community during a challenging time, I teamed up with another mum, to make baking easy and accessible to everyone. We began by creating a line of delicious one-bowl baking mixes using only the best ingredients New Zealand has to offer – think GMO-free wheat and hormone-free milk. Our all-natural baking mixes were a hit and soon found their way into kitchens across the country. But I didn't stop there. I wanted to add a touch of natural beauty to our baking, without any nasty additives. Crazy about flowers, I created a line of dried edible flowers which has been a huge success in New Zealand.
