Combining nine botanical extracts high in natural tannins, it reduces the appearance of thread and spider veins, smooths cellulite, relieves puffiness, and improves circulation with regular massage. Gentle enough for face veins. Made in the UK by Napiers the Herbalists, Scotland's oldest herbalist, established Edinburgh 1860. Natural tannins in the botanical extracts deliver a toning and tightening effect that smooths uneven skin surface and strengthens capillary walls. Regular massage improves circulation, relieves tired and achy legs, and reduces puffiness in ankles and knees. Also effective on upper arms and bingo wings. A unique traditional blend used by Napiers herbalists for generations.
