The artichokes, carefully selected, are defoliated by hand, calibrated and processed exclusively fresh at the best time of harvest between March and April. The shank is cleaned by hand with a knife, in order to give the product a homemade look. They are cooked with aromas, fine herbs and with the addition of a drop of vinegar to make them even more delicious. Delicious and tender, they are excellent as an appetizer and a delicious side dish for appetizers and cocktails.
