Not sure what the specific issue was with the product to cause it not to work as advertised, but we've sold tens of thousands of these since the items release with the vast majority working as shown on our video for it. On occasion, the rotors can come loose and wobble, making rotation problematic, but it's an easy fix. We only wish you would have come to us with the issue first to see if we could resolve it amicably prior to posting a negative review, as I can assure your experience with the product is the exception, not the rule. —Echo Valley - Home and Garden Products • Jul 22, 2026
