Machine Sliced 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham "Pata Negra". Pack of 10 machine-sliced boxes | 10 x 100 g. Thin machine-cut slices from the hind leg of 100% Iberian pigs selected from birth. They spend the first stage of their life on our farm, feeding on natural cereals produced in our facilities until they reach a weight of between 40 and 50kg, when they move to the pastures. There, they enjoy an exquisite diet composed of this selection of cereals in addition to grasses, tubers, and roots, reaching 90/100kg by early October (when the acorn season begins), at which point the acorns fall and they feed exclusively on them until reaching an approximate weight of 180kg in their adult stage.
