I was super excited to order from here, because everything looks so cute! Upon receiving my order, I was missing two items, and I promptly communicated with the seller that I have been charged for two items and not receive them. I never got a single response back and I kindly reached out 2 to 3 times without receiving a single response. Thankfully Fair handled my refund. both my stadium bag and adjustment strap on my hat are broken!

Wanted to love this but it’s VERY cheap looking- workmanship is sub par and the chain is super cheap and not what I expected for a high-end repurposed bag, stadium or not. This could have been so much better. Will not be reordering and there is no way I will recover the cost on these. :(
