Our rosemary grows on the rocky and sunny lands of the Iblei Mountains, in the heart of Southeastern Sicily, where the cooperative L'Arcolaio has initiated the social farming activity Frutti degli Iblei. Here, young migrants, former prisoners, and other vulnerable people find a path to redemption and socio-occupational integration through the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of Mediterranean aromatic herbs.
