Whole wheat macaroni are made with eggs and wheat from the supply chain, 100% Campofilone: whole wheat semolina is obtained entirely by grinding (not mixing): thanks to this process, the pasta has the typical appearance of natural whole wheat products: rough and dotted surface, intense raw color. They are produced with fresh eggs and durum wheat semolina, all exclusively from the supply chain owned by the company, 100% made in Marche. They are dried at very low temperatures and cook in just 2 minutes.
