Description
Mantova Capers are all-natural, high-quality caper bush flower buds harvested in Italy and freshly preserved in a mild vinegar brine. With a slightly sour, floral flavor with a slight saltiness, its firm texture makes it a tasty ingredient. Put them in a cocktail or martini as a garnish. Use them to complement cured meats, aged and fresh cheeses, and dried fruits, and make charcuterie boards. Serve them together with oven-roasted chicken, pork, beef, and rabbit.
