Whenever possible I like to collaborate with local small women owned businesses. The used matcha is a ceremonial Matcha Sai of highest quality from Key to Teas, based in Seattle. Ingredients: cacao butter*, oats*, sugar*, cashews*, matcha, salt, colored cocoa butter *) organic Contains: tree nuts May contain traces of other tree nuts, gluten and peanuts. Keep cool. Chocolate is a bit softer than dark chocolate. Shelf life: over 1 year Size each bar: 1oz (27g), about 2x4 in A heads up: melted chocolate is no fun, that's why I'm not shipping chocolate above 88-90F. The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.
