Fresh herbs, spices, pepper, salt, the pleasure of good food, that's my universe. I like to be surrounded by scents and materials. The exuberance of a clove married to sweet milk. The sweetness of an olive oil on a caldo verde moves me. It is this “fado” in me that permeates the flavors of my restaurant. In my kitchen, a real alchemy is bubbling, rich, lush and served at my table every evening! My fragrance? A spicy bouquet, the only one that can fit me!
