Wholesale Hard Pass Game

Pick a prompt and press down on the cardholder to send it rolling to anyone at the table. Whoever gets it has two options: 1) Come up with as many answers as the number dial demands in under 30 seconds. Or 2) "hard pass" it to someone else to try and benefit from their failure.
