Description
This lower round casserole is made from 100% organic clay, free from lead and varnish, ensuring a wholesome cooking experience. It is suitable for use on gas and electric stoves, in the oven, and in the microwave, though not recommended for induction. The unique characteristics of clay require careful handling; avoid quick temperature changes by gradually increasing heat. Maintenance is easy with handwashing recommended, although the use of a dishwasher is permissible but not advised. Before its first use, wash the casserole thoroughly, fill it halfway with water, and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C to prepare it.
