Idol glasses are made from enhanced polycarbonate. Polycarbonate (PC) is a material with very high mechanical strength but limited dynamic resistance. For this reason, our glasses are produced by adding a percentage of ABS to the virgin PC granule, a polymer with elastic fibers that incredibly increases its resistance to twisting and bending. The lenses, also made of PC, provide original ultraviolet protection and maximum impact resistance.
