The ruscus garlands are great. As I was told when I inquired, they’re matte plastic. They really •are• matte -none of the shine of the usual greenery. The smaller leaved garland is a bit darker than the larger leaved one but they work together beautifully! Very elegant look. The cut-outs are great, too Super-fast shipping - I placed the order on a Thursday and it was here on Monday. Everything bubble-wrapped and perfect I’m glad I took a chance on this new seller - totally pleased!
