I did not read the reviews prior purchasing, so here I am with the same issue a lot of people had. Items arrived with a broken seal. From 12, just 1 came right.

I wouldn't purchase again. All tubs of product arrived with the freshness seal popped off. Of course I didn't know until clients started calling to complain that the seal was broken and the product was dry. Had to give refunds.

I ordered 12 of the sweet spot buff & brighten exfoliating pads and every single one has a broken seal which has caused the pads to dry out. They have barely any moisture which means I’m unable to use them as retail products in my waxing business. Disappointing because I have purchased from Ulta in the past to test out the product and had no issue then.
