The RottPott is a complete do-it-yourself kit for making sauerkraut yourself. Everything you need is in the box, you only add the fresh vegetables yourself. With the RotPot you can make the tastiest sauerkraut at home by means of fermentation. An old preservation technique, in which yeasts and bacteria convert the naturally present sugars into mild acids. Have you mastered fermenting? Then vary with one of the add-ons or with other herbs and vegetables. For example, think of fermented carrots, cauliflower florets or a mixture of various vegetables (leftovers).
