CHERRY, HONEY AND WALNUT ROAST LEVEL | MEDIUM ORIGIN | CRISTINA, BRAZIL SOURCE | FAIR TRADE PROCESS | NATURAL   Ronaldo Da Silva has been working in coffee since he was 13 years old. At the age of 22, he was able to purchase his own farm - Sitio Santa Luzia in Cristina, Minas Gerais (Brazil). Ronaldo's wife and oldest daughter help him around the farm. They are currently working with three different varietals of coffee: acaia, catucai, and yellow bourbon. This lot of coffee is a natural process, yellow catucai. In honor of his efforts, we named this coffee after Ronaldo.  We were able to purchase Ronaldo's coffee via a partnership with JC Coffee and Cocarive. Cocarive Cooperative helps provide structure, support and exportation opportunities for small farmers in Brazil. Through the co-op's structure, the farmers combined their resources and purchased a mill to help develop the quality of everyone's coffee.
