Venison Shoulder Roast
All the meat was thawed upon delivery. The internal temperature was in the 60s. They use gel packs instead of dry ice. Another part of the order did not ship at all and another part said it was delivered but it wasn't. They were understanding for the most part but we are not going to buy from them again.
