100% Iberian Acorn-fed "Pata Negra" Shoulder | Boneless | Front limb from our own 100% Iberian pigs selected from birth. The first stage of their life takes place on our farm, feeding on natural cereals produced in our facilities until they reach a weight between 40kg and 50kg, when they move to the pastures. There, they enjoy an exquisite diet composed of this selection of cereals in addition to grasses, tubers, roots, and acorns; reaching a weight between 90kg and 100kg by early October when the montanera begins, the time when acorns fall and they feed exclusively on them until reaching an approximate weight of 180kg in their adult stage.
