We occasionally use maple sugar to sweeten baked goods when customers request cane sugar free products. Other organic maple sugars that we have used have been larger clumps and granules of maple sugar that we have to finely grind in order to use. This maple sugar has a wonderfully fine grind right out of the bag and has delicious maple flavor, making it much less work to use. Customers love it!
