Delicate grapevines with ripe fruit make up the artwork on this wine themed sundial by Rome. Handcast using traditional sand molds. Made from 100% solid brass with hand finished aged patina. Fits All Rome Sundial Pedestal Bases, but looks best on the #B109 (sold separately) Made from solid brass using the ancient art of sand casting. The finish features a beautiful hand-rubbed aged patina. Each brass dial is individually hand buffed and polished, resulting in natural variations in the antiquing and finish from one sundial to another. The brass tones and patina in the photos also naturally vary in appearance depending on lighting conditions and environment. Studio photography may show deeper blue verdi or richer tones, while natural outdoor sunlight can reveal brighter green verdi highlights and softer contrast. This brass dial will requires no care to further develop a rich natural verdigris patina finish over the years. Brass does not rust and is a perfect material for heirloom quality garden art.
