All Oliro products are handcrafted using a 3D printer, which means each piece has its own unique character. You may notice visible layer lines, slight surface texture, or minor imperfections. But, that is what makes every piece one of a kind. Every item is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. However, if you are sensitive to surface texture or layer lines we kindly recommend reconsidering your purchase. Please note that layer lines and surface texture are not eligible for exchange, return, or defect claims as they are a natural part of the 3D printing process. - To keep our product in its best condition: - Do not use for food or beverages. - Please hand wash gently. - Do not wash in the dishwasher or scrub with heavy force as this may damage the product and coating. The interior of our vases are coated with food grade epoxy resin to help prevent leaking. Our epoxy resin is low odor, non-toxic, and free of VOCs and solvent materials. Thank you!
