Traditionally enjoyed as a table olive, the Kalamata makes a rich and beautifully robust oil, perfect for those who love bold EVOOs. Kalamata is a more robust oil with deep, rich olive flavors holding notes of green almond and green grape finishing strong with medium bitterness and a peppery kick.
