Rudraksha beads are seeds from the rudraksha tree, a type of evergreen, which can be found in Nepal, Asia, Australia and Hawaii. The rudraksha bead is believed to provide inner calm, peace and freedom from negative thoughts, and is perfect for rubbing on your favorite essential oils.
