Wholesale 1736 - Penny Garden (part 2)

Part 2a, 2b, 2c, & 2d of a 4 part block of the month. Finished size of the blocks: 9" x 9" This block is done with wool applique' on a "Woolies" flannel background. Each pattern also provides alternate directions to make the applique' using "Woolies" or Penny Rug" flannels. Combine all 4 parts (patterns 1735-1738) to make a 38" x 38" wall hanging. Assembly directions for the wool version is found in 1737 Penny Garden (part 3) and the flannel version in 1738 Penny Garden (part 4). Included in this pattern are additional directions to make a larger approx. 56" x 62" all flannel version using the "Penny Rug" line of flannels. Directions to assemble this quilt can be found in pattern 1738 Penny Garden (part 4).
