It is with patience that we took the time to create this marinade... The term comes from the fact that we selected the spices and herbs that will "marinate" in this oil, giving a unique character to each of your dishes (soups, salads, ...). The subtle infusion will give your pieces a unique character without altering them. It can be used in preparation, marination, or drizzled over the accompaniment. NOTE: A fairly round nose that highlights the Olive before giving way to more fragrant spices.
