Shipping spray and shampoo. Someone death wrapped the bottles in plastic wrap and in doing so caused all the lids to be lose and every bottle leaked inside the wrap and through to the box. All bottles had some product loss. They were trying to prevent the bottles from leaking by wrapping them, but caused more of a problem because the tension of wrapping the lids loosened them. Then the process of trying to peel and cutaway to plastic wall furthered cause damage and more leaks. Ship upright

Absolutely terrible packing job. I ordered ceramic cat bowls and some brushes. Half of the order arrived broken and this was the second time they had to ship it because the first order was damaged during transit. Brushes were smashed in the box with broken styrofoam everywhere. I had to pick little pieces of styrofoam out of tall of the bristles. Just horrible all around. I will not be ordering again.
