Rillettes, a traditional French paté. Ours is made from tender slow cooked organic pork farmed in Wicklow. It has a smooth silky texture packed full of flavour, great with cornichons and pickles. Fantastic as a starter on toast or brown bread and this pate makes a perfect gift for any occasion.
