The organic coconut oil from the Oelwerk is a “virgin coconut oil”, i.e. it is produced gently cold-pressed in our oil mill in Berlin and is not treated further afterwards. This preserves the delicious subtle coconut note in the taste. Coconut oil has a high proportion of saturated fatty acids. This makes it ideal for cooking, frying, frying and baking. As an excellent vegan spread, it also has many lovers.
