On the palate, the velvety structure is complemented by a fresh framework and a slightly minty finish. Ideal with a tuna steak with pink peppercorns or a veal chop. The Merlot and Cabernets are vinified together throughout the 15 to 20 days of traditional maceration, followed by aging in vats.
