Then try out this 78% dark chocolate with Alderwood Smoked Salt made by Aroma Spice Co. The beans are coming from Tanzania (super fruity!) and Colombia (nutty and earthy!). The salt is sprinkled on. Give this power combo a try! Ingredients: cacao, sugar*, cacao butter*, alderwood smoked sea salt from Aroma Spice Co., colored cocoa butter *) organic May contain traces of tree nuts, gluten and peanuts. Size: 1oz (27g), about 2x4 in Shelf life: over 1 year A heads up: melted chocolate is no fun, that's why I'm not shipping chocolate above 88-90F. The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.
