This isn't the first time this has happened. The 1st time it happened, a representative fixed the problem. This time, I reached out to the company 4 times and was never given the courtesy of a response. I ended up having to order the retail boxes (more expensive, more packaging) because I couldn't wait for someone to fix it. This is such a great product but their customer service is indeed non-existent. I don't know if I'll order again because of this.
