I am sorry that my wording may leads to misunderstanding. Regarding their thickness, please cut a hole on the outer package once you receive them to give them sometime to regain their volumne back. Trust me, they will look much fluffier once you let the air inside the bag. Please let me know if you have any other comments or concerns!
