This product in particular has been requested by customers for two reasons: 1) they are sensitive to Allulose, so this Erythritol option is better for them, and 2) they can't seem to find monk fruit sweetener is sizes larger than 8 oz anywhere. We are happy to meet their needs on both points thanks to Lakanto!!
