Our chef Paul OCCHIPINTI, Best Craftsman of France Chocolatier, and NICO have selected for you this organic milk grand cru from the Ceiba plantation in the Dominican Republic for its notes of caramel, honey, and high cocoa content (+ more cocoa = less sugar :). We set aside overly fatty and sugary milk chocolate, opting here for INDULGENCE with a good cocoa taste at the finish. This is our way at NICO and the CHOCOLATES to democratize the very good! They also chose this bean for its fair trade aspect, which fairly compensates all the actors throughout the chain.
