The complete essential oil blend is rosemary, peppermint, tea tree and siberian fir.  Rosemary essential oil has an herbaceous scent and has long been considered as beneficial to hair and scalp.  The peppermint essential oil adds a refreshing cooling element.  This bar lathers exceptionally well.  We recommend it for normal to oily hair.  My customers tell me it makes their hair thicker and I agree.
