It would have been nice but it had many bent up wings and paint chips on it head, also white splatters on its tail. When I received the box it was punctured and wings were bent. If someone would have done a quality job in painting and packing it would have been nice. The seller was rude

This buyer is not a genuine retailer; they have no Instagram or Facebook accounts, no business address, and the store name cannot be found anywhere. What infuriates me most is that the paint damage she cited was caused during shipping, yet she never once communicated this to me. A legitimate retailer would certainly raise an issue regarding unsellable merchandise, but she didn't—she secretly filed for a refund through the platform's backend. I was busy running my business and only discovered today that this cunning buyer had successfully obtained a refund; because so much time had passed, I missed the window to file a damage claim with FedEx.
