We believe high-quality ingredients, traditional methods and painstaking efforts result in the finest taste. We harvest grapes from two of the most traditional varieties in the heralded Italian region of Emilia Romagna: sweet and fruity Trebbiano and sharply acidic Lambrusco grapes.
